The Golf- und Land-Club Berlin-Wannsee e.V., founded in 1895, is one of the most renowned and largest golf clubs in Germany. The 27-hole golf course is easily accessible in the south-west of Berlin and offers golfers of all types, idyllically embedded in the old trees of the typical Brandenburg forest landscape with its slightly hilly and varied fairways (18-hole championship course and 9-hole course) Both sporting challenges and relaxing rest are equally strengthening. The championship course, with its sometimes narrow fairways, its height differences and sloping locations, requires a well-considered playing strategy and can be a test of character even for experienced golfers. Special demands are made on the first-class course maintenance, the topic of ecology and professional service.

Excellent youth work. In addition to its special social position, the Golf- und Land-Club Berlin-Wannsee e.V., which looks back on an eventful history, is also very ambitious in terms of sport. Outstanding position in German amateur golf. The club is known for its outstanding position in German amateur golf. All club teams play in the 1st Bundesliga and are multiple German champions. After 2017 and 2018, the men's age 65 team also won the German championship in 2019. A multiple award-winning, systematic youth promotion forms the basis for sporting success. The youth teams are among the best in Germany. The boys' team AK 16 became German champions in 2015.
