How does ASMR feel:

The sensation created by ASMR does not appear in all people and its intensity can also vary according to the hearing sensitivity of each person. However, in most cases it is described as a pleasant tingling or tingling sensation that begins at the back of the neck, spreads over the head, and eventually moves down the spine.

Some people may feel tingling in the shoulders, arms, and back as well.

What can cause ASMR:
