In this post, I am going to show you how to install FPKAD Digital on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Step By Step Guide To Install FPKAD Digital using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. To support the strengthening of village officials, the FPKAD Directorate in 2017 has also developed and implemented Village Government Technical Guidance activities, which include PTPD Master of Trainer Training for provincial government officials, PTPD Training of Trainers for district government officials, and PTPD Training for sub-district officials. .

Until 2020, the FPKAD Directorate has trained 148,362 village government officials and 4,185 sub-district government officials throughout Indonesia. However, this figure does not represent all villages and sub-districts in Indonesia. One of the fundamental problems is the location of the Indonesian archipelago which causes the large transportation costs required by village or sub-district government officials to be involved in the training series being carried out. On the other hand, the burden on the central government to make efforts to increase capacity has also increased. This is due to the fact in the field that many villages have participated in the Pilkades simultaneously in the last 2 years, which has implications for the increasing need for strengthening the capacity of village officials. However, the increasing need for strengthening the capacity of village officials is not supported by the amount of available budget. The budget allocation for capacity building efforts managed by the Directorate General of Village Government Development is decreasing every year. And with the current pandemic that is happening in Indonesia, we are required to make innovations in developing the capacity of village officials.

Therefore, in order for efforts to strengthen the capacity of village apparatus throughout Indonesia, the Directorate General of Village Government Development has implemented a new strategy, namely the Village Apparatus Capacity Development Program through Digitalization, this strategy is considered one of the most appropriate options to be implemented at this time because by doing In this digitalization effort, the amount of budget needed will be less but with more apparatus targets compared to conventional methods
