मध्य प्रदेश के हर स्कूलों में अब बच्चों के एडमिशन के समय उनकी समग्र आईडी मांगी जा रही है. इसलिए अगर आपके परिवार में कोई बच्चा है और उसका एडमिशन आप स्कूल में करवाना चाहते हैं तो आपको स्कूल के फॉर्म के साथ समग्र आईडी की फोटोकॉपी भी लगानी होगी.
मध्य प्रदेश राज्य में निकलने वाली सरकारी नौकरियों के फॉर्म भरने के दौरान भी लोगों से उनकी समग्र आईडी मांगी जाती है. इसलिए जो लोग भी सरकारी नौकरी के लिए अप्लाई करना चाहते हैं उनके पास समग्र आईडी होना अनिवार्य है
मध्य प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा चलाए गए समग्र समाज सुरक्षा मिशन के तहत इस राज्य के लोगों के घरों में जाकर और जगह-जगह शिविर लगाकर, लोगों का डेटा जैसे, उनकी जाति, परिवार में कितने सदस्य हैं, परिवार की आय कितनी है, परिवार के सदस्यों की आयु, उनका धर्म क्या है, परिवार गरीबी रेखा के नीचे या नहीं, परिवार के मुखिया का नाम, वैवाहिक स्तर, शैक्षणिक स्तर, विकलांगता और बैंक अकाउंट की जानकारी इकट्ठी की गई थी.
ये सारी जानकारी हासिल करने के बाद इनके आधार पर इस राज्य में रह रहे हर परिवार का पंजीकरण समग्र पोर्टल पर किया गया था.
समग्र मिशन के तहत जिन जिन परिवारों का पंजीकरण किया गया था उन सभी परिवार को एक परिवार समग्र आईडी दी गई थी और उस फैमिली के सदस्यों को सदस्य समग्र आईडी भी प्रदान की गई थी
ई-राशन कार्ड या पात्रता पर्ची पर समग्र आईडी लिखा होती है. इसलिए जिन लोगों के पास भी ई-राशन कार्ड या पात्रता पर्ची है, उनको उस कार्ड के ऊपर अपनी समग्र आईडी की जानकारी मिल जाएगी. साथ ही अगर जिन गरीब लोगों के पास ई-राशन कार्ड या पात्रता पर्ची नहीं है वो इस पर जाकर इस कार्ड को हासिल कर अपनी समग्र आईडी का पता कर सकते हैं
मोबाइल नंबर की मदद से समग्र आईडी का पता करने के लिए आपको इस लिंक पर जाना होगा और फोन नंबर भरना होगा. जिसके बाद एक नया पेज खुलेगा और उस पेज में आपको समग्र आईडी की जानकारी मिल जाएगी
आप अपने आधार कार्ड की मदद से भी अपनी समग्र आईडी का नबंर पता कर सकते हैं. ऐसा करने के लिए आपको इस लिंक पर जाना होगा और इस लिंक पर पूछी गई जानकारियों को भरना होगा
आप अपने बैंक अकाउंट नंबर की मदद से भी अपने परिवार और परिवार के सदस्यों की समग्र आईडी की संख्या का पता लगा सकता हैं. बस आपको इस लिंक पर जाकर अपना बैंक अकाउंट भरना होगा
अगर आपके परिवार के किसी सदस्य के पास समग्र आईडी नहीं है तो वो सदस्य लिंक पर जाकर अपना पंजीकरण करवा सकता है और समग्र आईडी हासिल कर सकता है
ऊपर बताए गई किसी भी प्रक्रिया की सहायता से अगर आपको आपकी समग्र आईडी प्राप्त नहीं होती है, तो आप अपनी ग्राम पंचायत या जनपद पंचायत के ऑफिस में जाकर इसे हासिल कर सकते हैं
समग्र आईडी मध्य प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा उनके राज्य के निवासियों को दी जाती है. जिसका मतलब है कि केवल वो ही लोग इस आईडी को बनवाने के लिए अप्लाई कर सकते हैं जो कि इस राज्य के निवासी है और जिनके पास इस राज्य का निवासी होने का प्रमाण है. यानी अगर आप इस राज्य में नहीं रहते हैं या फिर आपके पास इस राज्य के निवासी होने का कोई भी प्रमाण (जैसे कि वोटर कार्ड, आधार कार्ड और इत्यादि) मौजूद नहीं है. तो आप समग्र आईडी बनाने के लिए आवेदन नहीं कर सकते हैं
