The AZI HEALTH BAND app and the web service platform constitute a situation room with the function of supporting municipal management in monitoring cases in isolation at home in a more effective and dynamic way. With health professionals at the rear, interactive chat for quick communication between the patient and the health professional, the tool allows georeferencing, mapping and classifying each case, allowing action plans to be aligned with the epidemiological reality of the pandemic and the needs of each individual.

The patient will answer simple questions about his health status daily. If there is any response that refers to warning signs, it will be signaled to the rear team, allowing it to contact the patient by phone and trigger more efficient actions within the citizens' needs, seeking to assist the citizen in the decision making of seek or not a health service.

The application also allows the patient to access the location of the emergency units closest to their home, information on preventive measures for respiratory diseases and guidance on care in home isolation.

In this logic, we will establish an ecosystem of mutual cooperation between health professionals and people in isolation, in order to subsidize the decisions of people at home. Recalling that the rear of health professionals who will provide care via the system may be professionals who are away because they are at risk (over 60 years old and with comorbidities), fifth and sixth year medical students and other volunteers, who for various reasons do not they can be at the front of personal care, but it will be extremely useful via the platform.
