What is TraceAssist?
TraceAssist digitizes your contact details - and, if applicable, those of your family members - once and saves them as a QR code. Now they can be recorded quickly and easily. Even as an entrepreneur, you save time and effort, because TraceAssist takes care of the storage for you and takes care of automatically deleting the recorded data after a set retention period has expired.

What are the benefits of TraceAssist for me as a guest?
With TraceAssist, you always have your contact details for guest registration at hand as a digitized QR code. No repeated writing of your name and address, no contact with strange ballpoint pens. Data transfer with TraceAssist is simple, contactless and sustainable.

What are the advantages of TraceAssist for me as an entrepreneur?
Up to now, guest registration has meant time and effort for you: hand out notes and pens, collect everything again and store it sensibly. And of course, after the retention period has expired, all data must be destroyed. TraceAssist supports you here. Because TraceAssist records the data of your guests contactless and paperless. The data is encrypted and stored in a database from which it can be exported with password protection if required. And after the set retention period has expired, TraceAssist automatically deletes them. With TraceAssist, data collection and management is easy, paperless and secure.

Is the data in TraceAssist safe?
Compliance with the requirements of the GDPR is a top priority at TraceAssist. Recorded data is stored in encrypted form and cannot be viewed by third parties. The export of the data is also encrypted. In addition, the exported file is password-protected and can only be opened by authorized persons.

TraceAssist is constantly being developed to make it even more convenient.
