As per Dr. Albert Bandura, a famous psychologist, Social learning is the most natural form of learning for all living beings. Social learning theory emphasizes that people learn by observing other persons (models) who they believe are credible and knowledgeable.

Contrary to this fact, the current institutional education system limits social learning, leading to marks based learning systems. When all role players who impact the life of child work as partners, a child does better in school and out of school, because of better social learning opportunities.

Parents: Is it sufficient to get bare-minimum feedback from teachers, through century-old models of Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM) and report cards?

Teachers: There is no systematic way to engage with either parent or with their fellow members of other institutions. In this tech era, no community platform helps them share among their counterparts, leading to the duplicity of creative works.

Students: The impact of Digital transformation so dramatic that expecting them not to spend time on social media platforms is unrealistic. Will it not be better if we prepare them to use it for their development?

We’ve identified that a social learning network, similar to a social network platform designed for parents, teachers, and students, will help in the overall development of children and helps teachers, students, and parents to learn new skills & behavior.
