We have set ourselves an ambitious goal: To bring together the weaving community and the buyers into close contact. That is to connect weavers and wearers. Every weave is created with a lot of passion and hard work by weavers. Before the big cities with all the shopping options came up, most of the buyers used to buy directly from weavers. This enabled the buyers to appreciate the effort put in by weavers and also create an immense sense of satisfaction for the weaver when they actually see their weave being worn. Buying now has become an impersonal thing. Buyers now have very little knowledge about how an article they are using is crafted. Our effort is to reduce this distance. By creating a platform where weavers can directly post their weaves online, we can now give everyone a glimpse of the weaver who crafted the weave.
QUALITY POLICY
We make sure that the weavers we add as our members follow the minimum quality standards that are normally followed in that cluster. Any deviations or changes will be specifically mentioned in our product pages.
RETURNS
In case you are not 100% satisfied with either the quality of materials used in the product you purchased, or find defects in workmanship you are free to return the product within 15 days of making the purchase. We will refund your entire payment or send you a product of similar value as per your request.

As soon as we receive your order, we will intimate the concerned weaver about the same. Normally, the weaver will send the product to our site office the same day and it will be dispatched to you the next day. However, sometimes the weaver may still be in the process of finishing his work and may request some time to deliver the product to our office. In this case we will intimate to you the approximate day when it will be shipped. If you are not satisfied we will refund you the entire amount.
Shipping within India
Shipping is free for orders above Rs. 500. For all other orders we charge Rs. 150 for shipping.
International Shipping
For out of India shipments, shipping charges are based on the product weight. Import Duties & Taxes if applicable, to be borne by Customer.
Returns
For products that are eligible for return, you can return within 7 days of receiving the product. If 7 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We accept returns in the following cases:
1. Item received by you is damaged or defective due to our errors.
2. Item received by you is in a different color than shown in the picture.
We dont accept returns in the following cases.
1. Once fall & pico done or blouse stitched, the item is not eligible for refund.
2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, is used or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for the refund.
3. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery is not eligible for the refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to : MIG 172, KPHB Colony, Kukatpally, Hyderabad Hyderabad Telangana IN 500072
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
