He is known to have composed all of his songs by himself so far, with the exception of a few songs in which he used other composers. He has many titles, the most important of which is "The Ambassador of the Iraqi Song" and "The Caesar of the Arabic Song," which was awarded to him by the late Syrian poet Nizar Qabbani.

He began his artistic life in 1981 when he sang a song called (Ward Al-Ashq) from his melodies and the words of the poet Youssef Maqsoud, in 1984 he released his first album entitled (The Olive Tree), from the words of the poet (Asaad Al-Ghariri), then he collaborated with the poet Aziz Al-Rassam, then with the well-known poet Karim al-Iraqi in the introduction to the series (Nadia) was called “Shajaha Al-Nas” in 1987, and his first artistic success was in 1987 in the song “I crossed the beach” from the words of Aziz Al-Rassam, after which he traveled to Kuwait, Jordan, and then Beirut, which inspired him with songs such as “Nuzl” For Al Bahr, “This color,” “A lot of hadith,” and “I have chosen you, so choose me,” was his first collaboration with the poet Nizar Qabbani, and then “Add me love” and “In School of Love,” which made him considered one of the best Arab singers. Kazem El-Saher's voice has a wonderful vocal space (two vocal layers and a half layer), in addition to its strength, boundaries and explosions, whether he sings on the decision layer or he sings on the answer layer, or more precisely, the layers of bass, tenor, alto, and soprano. Therefore, the Iraqi and Arab singer is almost the only one who succeeded with tremendous distinction by approaching somehow in his singing from the forms of operatic singing, and this type is known as the most difficult genre in the history of world singing and is considered strange to Arab singing because it is a product of Western culture and this matter makes it difficult for the singer. Al-Arabi, as he was not practiced much, but Kazem's talent and his desire to embody his artistic feelings in various and varied ways made him perform a side of this unique singing genre in a creative and creative way, especially in his two songs, The Impossible Love and my saying I love you.

The attributes of delicate feeling and expressive energy enjoyed by the voice of Kazem El-Saher would not have distinguished himself without his possession of a performance technique that is almost very rare and only enjoyed by singers such as Sabah Fakhry and Muhammad Abdel-Wahhab.
