In this post, I am going to show you how to install Intervals - Guitar Interval Trainer on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. Step By Step Guide To Install Intervals - Guitar Interval Trainer using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
  3. Once installed, click "Intervals - Guitar Interval Trainer" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

Inspired by the Tom Quayle interval method, 'Guitar Interval Trainer' is a useful way to learn and practice all the interval shapes.

Do you often find your self wanting to practice but away from your guitar?
Heading to work on the train? or waiting for a bus?

Then 'Guitar Interval Trainer' is the perfect way to pass the time effectively

No need for a guitar as the built in virtual fretboard will allow you to practice anywhere any time

There are two modes to chose from

'All' mode is designed to help you learn and memorise the intervals shapes. The app will randomly choses a note on the fretboard and asks you to find all the surrounding interval positions from your selected practice intervals.

For example if you want to practice finding your "Seconds" and "Fiths" 'All' mode will pick a random note on the fretboard and ask you to find each occurrence.

'Any' mode is useful if you want to practice improvising, for a randomly selected note you will need to find any occurrence of your selected interval.

Of course at any time you can show the answers and see where the intervals and notes are on the fretboard
