In his first steps, he won the silver prize for the talent program "Studio El Fan" for folkloric color. He also presented a group of albums: Baitak Qasr, Mahalana Sawa Sawa, Mehr Al-Zina, before achieving stardom with the song "Ani Rogue Merit" from the album of the same name.

The Lebanese journalist George Ibrahim El-Khoury called him "The Knight of Arab Singing". He signed a contract with "Rotana" as a producer and distributor of his albums. After adhering to conditions that he deems necessary to support his songs and artistic message, especially with regard to the exclusivity of showing the videos.

Al-Hallani sang from several words of Arab poets, but Hessa al-Assad was by the great lyricist Nizar Francis, who described him in one of his few media appearances as his "twin soul." He also sang by the Syrian poet Nizar Qabbani, the poet Tarabiyah Rahma, Tony Abi Karam, Ghanem Gad Shaalan, Saud Al Sharbatli, Karim Al Iraqi, and others. In his singing, he dealt with multiple topics, carrying his own vision that art is primarily a social and human message: it sang love and lovers and sang for the homeland and the earth. He sang to the mother, and he sang, fighting hunger and poverty. With his songs, he expressed his national commitment and patriotic sense, so he sang for Palestine, Lebanon and the children of Iraq. He is an active participant in the World Organization's campaign to combat poverty and hunger, along with a group of prominent world celebrities and artists, and has been honored by many institutions, led by the United Nations, which declared him a friend and he was appointed as a goodwill ambassador to the United Nations, to appreciate his efforts in support Charitable institutions in the Arab world, especially those concerned with issues of childhood and women, combating poverty, and its various social and humanitarian activities.

Assi El Hallani presented himself as a composer throughout his artistic career, through a large group that exceeded twenty songs, which achieved success such as "Ya Naker Al Maarouf", "Addicted to Hawaki", "Nari and My Memories", the wonderful "Al Qarar", "Zughary Al Danni", "Six Al Sitat" and "Beirut is crying." However, he re-introduced himself as a composer on the album "Dakat Al Qalbi", as he composed 6 of the album's fourteen songs. He also composed the song "Mamrni Tabaak" by the poet Abdul Rahman Al-Houtan and sang it. Al-Hallani also bet on himself as a composer again on his latest album "Yakkan", as he composed half of the album's songs, which formed an advertisement for Halani's return to Rotana as a producer and distributor of his musical releases. Asi appeared in the Arabic version of The Voice between 2013 and 2015. He also appeared in the 2015 television action The Godfather
