Join the growing network of customers switching to private social networks. People use Council to create or join burnable social networks for secure and instantaneous communication. Council is the only available messaging platform that allows you to create your own encryption key (think about it… you wouldn’t use the combination to a safe that you bought from someone, so why use an encryption key you bought from a big tech or “not for profit” company to protect your free speech?). This is your guarantee that absolutely no one outside of your network, including big tech and internet companies, cannot read your data, not even us. So you can focus on what’s most important, your friends and family.

Speak your mind – State-of-the-art end-to-end encryption (powered by Bring Your Own Key encryption) keeps your conversations secure. Privacy isn’t an optional mode — it’s just the way that Council works. Every message, every time.

Go fast, go longer – Messages are delivered quickly and reliably, even on slow networks. Council is optimized to operate in low bandwidth environments and specially designed to consume less battery life.

Keep it to yourself – Council doesn’t collect any personal information except an account you provide for two-factor authentication. Zero data collection. Zero ad sales. Zero third party. Period.

Secure contact list – You can securely sync your contacts to quickly connect to your friends. We absolutely DO NOT store your contact list on any server anywhere, unlike other social media apps.

This initial release is free for use. Council Technologies Inc. reserves the right to end this free release at any time. Should you choose to discontinue service after this release your data may be permanently deleted.
