Manage waiting lists more easily, retain more customers, and increase customer satisfaction with this queue/line management system.

The queue management system enables your customers to see their place in line on their phone, so they don't need to wait in a physical line.

Clients can use an automatically updating web app to check their position in line, and can receive SMS updates when not using the web app. Customers can also add themselves to the queue online (If you allow it), cancel their appointment, or put it on hold if they are late.

Some additional features:

- Clients can add themselves to the queue online, through a kiosk at your place of business, or by contacting the front desk.

- SMS messages can be sent to clients through an SMS gateway or through the businesses' phones.

- Clients can see their place in line on the web app as well as an estimated wait time for a greater sense of control.

- Clients can be put on hold if they don't arrive on time, and can be returned back to the queue when they arrive.

- The queue management system can be run from multiple devices, so an employee in the back can call a client through the app and an administrator at the front will then get notified to actually call in the client to the appointment. This can be useful in a doctor's office, for example, where the next person in is called in by a doctor, and an administrator then actually calls them in.

- Analytics let you see wait times and other data on an ongoing basis.

The system is ideal for walk-in clinics, veterinarians, barber shops, restaurants, etc.
