The application "Checking real estate according to Rosreestr USRN data" allows you to obtain complex information about any real estate in the Russian Federation based on the official extract of USRN from Rosreestr, FSSP database, etc. To place an order, it is enough to indicate the address of the property or the cadastral number.
For reference: information about real estate objects on the territory of the Russian Federation is open and can be issued in the form of an extract of the USRN to any person without the consent of the owner.
The application is not the official website of Rosreestr. The application uses information from the USRN to generate a comprehensive check-report on the object.

How the app works

Validity
