She held the position of Editor-in-Chief for the Saudi magazine “Mada” for two years, and the position of assistant editor-in-chief of Rotana magazine for one year. It now has a fixed angle in the magazine "All People",
During her career as a journalist, Nour Abdul Majeed conducted many important investigations and dialogues, most notably her conversations with:
1- His Eminence Dr. Ali Jumaa, the Grand Mufti of Egypt.
2- Journalist and writer Muhammad Abdul Quddus.
3 - Journalist and writer Moufid Fawzy.
4 - Journalist, editor-in-chief of Al-Osboa newspaper, Mustafa Bakri.
They wrote about Nour and her books:
The publication of the first books of Nour Abdul Majeed, “And Cinderella returned barefoot”, had a good echo in literary circles. The great poet Farouk Jweideh wrote a wonderful introduction to her aforementioned poem.
Then the emergence of the divan was followed by the exit of her first novel, “The Great Deprivation,” which came out of the Arab House of Sciences, where this book achieved great success due to the intensity that this novel enjoyed in terms of simulating the most accurate human and women's feelings. Also, many great writers and critics wrote about this work. The success of the novel, “The Great Deprivation,” her second novel, Women But, came out of the same publishing house. The second novel came with more strength and diversity, and the number of its characters increased. Light went deeper into the depths of the soul and revealed the feelings of the working class and all the blows of oppression and poverty that it is exposed to.
The Arab Science House submitted the second novel, Women But, the Arab Booker Prize competition, because it saw in it one of the best works that came out of the works.
