Step By Step Guide To Install Localizados Online using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. If you are a citizen and want to collaborate in the identification of a missing person in your work or social center, download the application, and send a photo for research in our database. The uploaded photos are not stored and are only used for verification against our database.

If you work at a partner institution - DHPP, Hospital, etc., you will need to enter your username and password previously registered in our system.

This service has a partnership with municipal and state equipment, such as DHPP, GRAC, SVO, IML and Hospitals and starts its operations in the city of Guarulhos, state of São Paulo, with expansion planned for the entire national territory.

Our database already has more than 300 occurrences duly registered with their respective police reports, and all cases received undergo audit and internal diligence.
