Step By Step Guide To Install App Lock - Pattern using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen

App Lock is the application you need to protect the sensitive data from your phone. With one single click you can block access to any application you want on your phone. You leave your phone wherever knowing that no friend or family member will have access to your facebook, messages, email, photos or videos.

The application usage is pretty straight forward:
1. Create a pattern that only you will know about it
2. Select the apps you want to lock by pressing the lock icon
3. Exit the app and you're done.

Now anyone trying to open one of your protected apps a lock screen will show up and the pattern must be entered.

Every time you install a new app a pop screen will show up asking you if you want to block the newly installed application, which makes it very convenient so you don't need to open the app lock again in order to block it.
