The Student Stress Training e-Mobile Management (SSTeMM) app is part of the ERASMUS+ SSTeMM project (www.sstemm.eu). This aims to help student nurses monitor their stress whilst on clinical placement. The app has two main components:

1 Stress domains
There are three ‘stress domains’ in the SSTeMM app (‘thoughts’, ‘feelings’ and ‘behaviours’). Five questions are found in each domain (for example, “I worry about college work all the time”). You self-assess your stress against each question on a scale of 0-10 and look at the change in your scores over time.

2 Reflections
The app allows you to record or write some of your reflections on what makes you stressed. You can see the last five reflections that you have inputted to monitor how these change over time.
