RESUME SPORTS
To maintain a stable weight or lose weight if you are obese, start your journey to an active lifestyle by walking. This is a great way to resume sports. Take full advantage of walking in your daily life. Are you attracted to the elevator? Better use the stairs. Do you travel by bus or metro? Get off the bus stop earlier. Try to walk at least 3 times a week. To avoid getting short of breath too quickly, exercise gradually. Walk at first for 15 minutes, and then, when you feel the strength in yourself, increase the duration to 30 minutes. When you reach the threshold of 30 minutes, increase your pace.
