You are responsible for a group of individuals whose choice you may not have played, and you may not like them, and they may not like you very much!
A team doesn't do the job well if everyone in it is focused on their own goal.
You should hold meetings as a manager. Determine in advance the goal of the meeting and make sure that you are achieving this goal.
Start all meetings on time, and never wait for anyone.
The business owner gets the blame, but the manager corrects mistakes.
If we were all on the same level, we would not be able to work as a team because we would all be leaders or followers.
Let them know that they will do the job well before they start doing it.
Provide your team with the best, even the best of all, and then let them do their job.
You don't always have to be the decisive one.
When you thank team members, keep it simple.
It is best if you let them know first what you expect from them.
Why don't I reward them? Failure does not mean that we have not made every effort.

The job of a manager is a difficult task because it consists of two jobs, getting your work done and watching for others.
No one has ever told you that you have to be serious and nervous all you have been hired for is do the tasks of that job.
Let your goals be defiant but attainable, and be realistic but require struggle.
Take advantage of opportunities and luck but don't admit it - if you aren't good at your job, luck won't be on your side.

Be decisive, even if it means that you are wrong sometimes.
Do not hold back and get more information.
Remember, no one is forcing us to stay here - stop groaning, you either enjoy your work or leave it.
If you fear competition, the thing you really fear is your inefficiency.
You must accept that your bosses sometimes feel fear just like you - your job is to ease the pain of your bosses, dispel their fears, and make them feel comfortable.
Be diplomatic - diplomacy: is to make the team act according to your wishes.
Show that you understand the point of view of subordinates and superiors. One of the best ways to relieve stress is to let them know that you understand their point of view.
Plan the worst-case scenarios, but anticipate the best - have a plan and lots of hope.
Be proactive, not responsive, be like sharks constantly moving forward.
