Industrial Maintenance Contracting LLC is a Contractor Made and Contractor Owned Corporation. This Mobile Application will be used for easy access to upload business credentials, Certification, Qualifications and Resume to the users registered profile.

REGISTRATION
Each user that registers for a position with IMC will be doing so as an Industrial Contractor seeking employment. Once registered and information is uploaded it will assist in the process of filling positions on Industrial Projects all over the US. Each project IMC has will be posted on a project board for all registered users to inquire about by reading through a short description of what is required to fill positions at this project.

Depending on how well the profile is detailed with qualifications and experience as well as Skillsets and Services offered by the user will in return make each user eligible for the project once conditions are met.

The more projects a user completes for IMC the better rating they will recieve depending on their performance on the project. By this we have a badging system that will be issued per user for their performance on each project. This badging system will determine the users performance on an overall job skillset in the field they applied for. These badges will be the first thing our recruiters look for when responding to a project applied for by a contractor as well as a list of their skillsets and services offered. This way we will be able to better determine if you are capable of producing the skillset on a project that you listed on your profile.

Each new project that becomes available to IMC will be sent VIA push notification to all who downloads the app. This way everyone will have a chance to apply for a position for many different reasons such as Location, Pay, Type, length and so on. Once a Project is pushed to the App all a contractor has to do is accept that they are interested and a follow up email will be sent to them via the information they have provided on their profile with all the details of this project. If they are still interested after reading all the project requirements then a recruiter will proceed to walk through their profile to determine who out of the ones available are qualified and the best fit for the positions offered. THIS IS WHY THE USERS PROFILES NEED TO BE KEPT UP TO DATE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE TO KEEP YOU AVAILABLE FOR MORE PROJECTS OFFERED.

INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACTING LLC also has a point system in which they will also recieve on top of badges for their performance on each project as well as by keeping their profiles better updated with their information. These points will then be used to purchase items in the IMC Apparel Store such as clothing, hats, coats, backpacks and more.
