INSIGHT is a barrier-free smart healthcare application for the visually impaired. By recognizing your body with your mobile device's camera, you can get accurate exercise guidance from AI trainers.

1. Exercise list mode
In the exercise list mode, eight exercises are presented. It contains exercises of various difficulty levels, from easy sit-down movements to balancing exercises and high-level exercises. In order for the user to safely proceed with the exercise, the ‘camera adjustment function’ before starting the exercise recognizes whether there are any dangerous objects in the vicinity and whether the user is well inside the camera screen, and a voice notification function has been implemented. When the camera adjustment is complete, a detailed explanation of the movement movement is provided aurally, and when the user performs the correct movement, the number of times such as "1", "2", etc. is counted. It provides feedback, such as "Please raise your leg more" when you perform an incorrect action.

2. Exercise Story Mode
INSIGHT provides a variety of entertainment services for users' continuous training. Story Mode adds fun to your workout by encouraging you to progress through the story. In the "No-Gwa Test Challenge", which is one of the currently released two stories, you become the protagonist of the Joseon Dynasty during the No-Gwa Test, and you will do three exercises. After completing the exercise, the grades obtained from the no-study exam are disclosed. We look forward to experiencing various stories and enjoying exercise while checking the results accordingly.

3. My Page
My Page provides'History' and'Achievements' functions. The'History' function helps users to systematically manage their exercise habits by recording the user's exercise time and sport for the last 7 days. The'Achievement' function provides an achievement title when certain conditions such as the number and time of exercise are satisfied, giving fun and a sense of achievement to the exercise.

4. Setting
The settings page offers'high contrast mode'. By turning the high contrast mode on/off in the settings, you can improve the usability and accessibility of the application according to your personal characteristics.
