It is very important for us to realize that in addition to worldly activities, there is an increasing legal obligation for Muslims to stay closer to the Creator of Allah SWT. One of the ways to get closer to the Almighty is to listen to the Murrottal Al Quran in the hope of getting rewarded even if only listening. Then what is the relationship between Murottal and body and brain health?
1. Research study in 2012 from Universiti Teknologi MARA Malaysia.
