"Maubeuge: Place strong" is an ARG (Alternate Reality Game), that is to say, a game played on both tablet and smartphone, in the town of Maubeuge. For "Maubeuge stronghold", it must travel through the city and to be smart to discover codes puzzles.

Realization of the serious game for the agglomeration Maubeuge - Val de Sambre to commemorate the centenary of the First World War (1914-1918).

The goal is to educate younger and fully integrating the process of designing the application. The project is overseen by a historian as well as reference by the Department of Culture of the Agglomeration of Maubeuge.

Through practice, Maubeuge is actually the first city in France attacked by the Germans in August 1914 The application also seeks to rehabilitate the General Fournier, responsible for organizing the defense of the city and its fortified area. We wish to integrate the various historic sites available all round the town of Maubeuge, given their involvement in the resistance of the Fortified Maubeuge, in the last century.

The game will be available to every school in the country and will be recovered from visiting sites such as the Office of Tourism and Maubeuge Fort Leveau Feignies, strengthening the tourist offer of the region.
