In this post, I am going to show you how to install Planning XLS CSV on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Step By Step Guide To Install Planning XLS CSV using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. You can go to the schedule change menu and choose another schedule from a location such as if you downloaded / sdcard / download or on the root of the external SD card / mnt / extsd
The file included in this application is an example of a schedule with 5 agents (AGENT1 to AGENT5, 3 officers day and night 2 officers).
At startup, the PLANNING.csv file is copied to the root of the memory card, not to be confused with the external memory card.
If you do not have a schedule, you can create one by modifying the PLANNING.csv file located in the root of the map "/ sdcard" by filling agents and schedules. To do download a file explorer like ES Explorer from the Play Store
To sort the schedules do not forget the zero (eg 07 H instead of 7 H)
To find out who is working on a specific date, click "Menu", "Search" and enter a date in the format dd / mm / yyyy and click Search
For the calculation of paid leave; enter the name of the agent, the date of the first day of vacation in the format: dd / mm / yyyy, the number of days click Calculate
 To exit and relieve the memory of your device select the exit menu
