TreeMapper is an extension for Plant-for-the-Planet users to register and monitor their restoration efforts. It is designed to simplify ecological monitoring of the projects' impact so anyone can collect the data with their smartphone with brief training.
It is the most advanced reforestation reporting tool for restoration organizations. Users collect standardized location, species, survival, growth and imagery data. Data collected by TreeMapper can be shared to the Plant-for-the-Planet platform so that everyone can see your restoration progress (for instance, see: https://www1.plant-for-the-planet.org/yucatan) and can be exported locally for further analysis.

Built for you
• Offline First: No Internet? No problem, keep your data stored even if there's no internet and upload when you are connected.
• Huge species database: TreeMapper supports a huge list of 60000+ species data found in different regions.
• Manage Species: Hard to remember scientific names? Give common name to your species or add picture to identify them.
• Cloud/Local Support: You can upload registrations to Plant-for-the-Planet cloud for more enhanced monitoring or keep your registrations local to you.

Registrations
• Multiple trees: If planting in large numbers create a polygon of the area and add few sample trees if you are on-site.
• Single tree: Mark the tree, select species, add measurements and even tag your tree.
• GeoJSON Export: Mark the tree, select species, add measurements and even tag you tree.
• On Site/Off site registration: You can register trees even if you are far away from the location using the off-site feature.

Custom Fields
• Dynamic data: You can create your own custom form using the form builder and add data to each of your registrations.
• Static data: Add details once and it will be added to all your registrations.
• Organize your fields: Too large form? Split them into multiple page. Reordering of fields got more easy using drag to sort.
• Privacy: You get to decide for each field whether to make it public or keep it to yourself by making it private.
• Import/Export fields: Easily share your fields or import them so you don't have to do the hard work again.
