A public cadastral map was created for quick data retrieval. The objects registered in the cadastre are plotted on the map. To find out information about real estate, just indicate the cadastral number or address on the map, click on the desired plot or house and get acquainted with the data that has opened.

The service does not use the objects of intellectual property of Rosreestr, and also does not carry out activities to provide an unlimited number of people with public services for providing information contained in the USRN.

This service does not resell information from the USRN Rosreestr. Payment is made for a report on a real estate object, which, in addition to information from the USRN, contains open data from other state databases, such as the FSSP.

How to use the app

1. Enter the address of the site. The boundaries of the real estate will be marked on the map, data on the cadastral number, area, purpose of the object, etc. will appear.
2. Select the report from the USRN that you need. Pay for the order and after a while the statement will be sent to your email address.

The value of the cadastral map

Information about registered real estate on the territory of the Russian Federation goes to Rosreestr. The data is open and anyone can get acquainted with it. To find information on a specific object, it is not necessary to make a request to government agencies. All you need to do is open the app, find a house or a land plot on the map, and study the information about it.

Functions of the cadastral map

Кadastr contains information related to real estate throughout the country, in 85 constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The cadastral map can be used not only by citizens of Russia, but also by citizens of other states. It is not prohibited by law. The card works online. The information is constantly updated in accordance with the registration of new objects, after a change of ownership, etc.

The application is easy to use. It is enough to click on the desired area for the information to appear on the screen. Thanks to the map, the user will find out the exact area of ​​the object, the date of registration, see where the boundaries of the site lie and read about the registered rights. Also, users of the application receive information about the administrative division, the address of the object, the department of the register to which the land belongs.

How to determine the cadastral number

Each registered site is assigned a unique set of numbers. To find out it, you need to enter the address of the object in the search bar on the map and the number will appear on the screen.
