Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

PeriSecure Alert--Starter Edition will warn you if you get close to the maximum distance from your residence when you are outside exercising (for example, on a walk or jogging). The app will also warn you if your time away from your residence exceeds one-half the allowed time. The permitted time and the distance have been decreed by your local or federal government, but you may change them at any time. If your government has issued a curfew, PeriSecure Alerte Starter Edition will warn you if you are in danger of violating the curfew.

Here are a few advantages of PeriSecure Alert--Starter Edition:

* Free-form entry, not incremental. The user can choose any positive integer values less than 10000 for distance and time.

* Supports suppression of maximum time or distance for countries that have a limit for one but not the other, such as Germany.
