HOW IT WORKS
Wiconn makes use of in-built Blue tooth and Wi-Fi located on your phone to create a peer-to-peer mesh network. When a User is Offline that is his or her mobile data is switched off, the User will be notified (push notification within the app) to manually Turn On his or her Bluetooth and location to stay connected with friends on his/her Phone Contact that are within proximity.

When Devices has successfully paired with each other via Bluetooth and wifi, a Wifi symbol then Pops up notifying the User that they can now chat with their Friends Offline.

Please Note that it may take a while to connect offline this is caused by the delay for the Bluetooth beacons to create a connection, if this occurs you will have to close the App and open it again.
