In this post, I am going to show you how to install My NotePad on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install My NotePad using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
  3. Once installed, click "My NotePad" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

[Note 2] about Bluetooth: At the moment, support for Bluetooth is not available on BlueStacks. Hence, apps that require control of Bluetooth may not work on BlueStacks.

How to install My NotePad on Windows PC using NoxPlayer

Note making
The slips are designed to look like paper notepads, but are simply easier to use. When you open the slips, you will see a list of all the notes you have created. To add a new note, click the "+" button at the bottom of the screen. The first line of text will automatically be used as the title.

Create a to-do list
Create a to-do list as usual and select "To-do" noting the button at the top of the screen.

Create a shopping list
Create one as usual and then select the "Shopping List" button at the top of the description.

Edit notes or make a list
Now you can write your notes. Just like a paper notepad, you don't have to do anything special to save your notes, they are saved automatically for you.

Saving
As mentioned above, notes are saved automatically. You don't have to do anything special to save them.

Notes on SD card backups
By default, tickets are backed up to the SD card as text files. You can turn this function off in the notepad setting.

Search for notes or to-do items
The Stamp notepad now gives you an option to search for your notes or to-do items. From the main screen, click on the search icon and start writing. As you write, the list of notes will be filtered to show only the notes that contain the search keywords. Press the "X" button to close the note search and view all notes as usual.

Sharing notes
At the bottom of each note is a 'Share' button. Tapping it brings up all the ways to share. Typical ways include email, SMS etc.

Changing the note title
To change the title of a note, click on the title area above the description.

Deleting notes
If you do not want another note, you can delete it in several ways: 1) Open the note and click on the "Delete" button at the bottom of the page. 2) Notice from the main screen, long click on the title of a note and then click "Delete".
