My Ocular Migraine Journal is used to assist in the recording of triggers and symptoms, which is recommended by doctors. It uses a series of checkboxes and textboxes to quickly and efficiently record many of these triggers and symptoms. It can be used on a daily basis, or just on the days that you have an ocular migraine. If you come across a trigger or symptom that you experienced, tap the empty box next to it to check it. If you would like to add additional information about the category listed, tap in the large, empty, rectangular box at the bottom of the category, and type in the desired information.
When all of this is completed, mark whether or not you are sending it to your doctor. If you are, enter your first and last name into the textbox directly under it. Then, enter your email address or that of your doctor’s in the bottom-most left textbox. Then, insert the date in the bottom-most right textbox. Once both bottom-most textboxes have been filled out, tap the “Send” button. Then go about sending an email as you usually do. If you sent the email to yourself, you can create a folder in your email’s inbox. This new folder can hold all of your entries and can be opened and looked back upon.
