-Fixed save & load system.
After saving data, when you start the game again from the title screen, you can now select "Load" or "New Game".
!Caution! The options are not displayed in the save data of the previous version.
Please load it with the "LOAD button" in the "MENU" in the game.

-Added some hints.

Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
