Jurisprudence in Arabic means understanding, and in terms of meaning science scholars who discuss the laws of Islam drawn from the arguments or proposition tafsili detailed proposition. If we look at the books of jurisprudence containing shari'ah laws derived from the Book of Allah, the Sunnah of His Messenger, and ijma '(agreement) and Ijtihad the scholars of the Muslims, surely we find these books are divided into seven sections, all of which form the general laws of human life both personal and societal. Which the details as follows:

1. The laws relating to the worship of God. Such as ablution, prayer, fasting, pilgrimage and others. And this is called the Fiqh of Worship.
2. The laws relating to family issues. Like marriage, talaq, nasab, dairy, income, inheritance and others. And this is called the Fiqh Al Ahwal As sakhsiyah.
3. The laws related to human behavior and relations between them, such as trade, guarantees, leasing, courts and others. And this is called Fiqh Mu'amalah.
4. The laws relating to the obligations of the leader (head of state). As uphold justice, eradicate tyranny and applying the shari'ah laws, as well as the related obligations that led popular. As obedient obligations in terms of non ma'siat, and others. And this is called the Fiqh Siasah Syar'iah.
5. The laws relating to the punishment of the perpetrators of crimes, and maintaining security and order. As punishment for murderers, thieves, drunkards, and others. And this is called the Fiqh Al 'Ukubat.
6. The laws governing the relationship of Islam with other foreign countries. Relating to the discussion of war and peace and the other. And this is called the Fiqh As Siyar.
7. The laws relating to morality and behavior, both good and bad. And this is called adab and morals.
