s the black Race doomed? Of course, Yes! A race that has the highest records of death amongst all races is doomed. A race that celebrates 400 years of slavery but refuses to rise from the pains and anguish and strengthen themselves but waits for others to pity them is doomed! A race that owns the richest continent in the world, blessed with immense natural resources, known as the first citizens of the world but has systematically been relegated to third class, is definitely doomed! A race that preys on itself, steals the commonwealth ignominiously and is a ready tool to destroy others of its race, is doomed!

A race that takes delight in religion and loses its spirituality and trades its culture for other cultures, is doomed! A race that specialises in using vulgar language to celebrate their God-given talent is doomed! But can the doom be undoomed? Yes! What will it take? How do we go about it? Why has it taken so long? Who are the people behind this dooming? Where has it led us to? When did it all really begin? These are the 5 Ws and H that are so important to answer to Undoom the doomed Black Man.

I am a black man, and proudly so. I was born in Africa the home of black people. I am lucky also to be born a Prince from a town called Wenchi Akyem in the Oda Province in present-day Ghana where matrilineal lineage means the world, to a Nigerian father and Ghanaian Queen mother. These two countries hold sacred positions as the main areas in sub-Saharan Africa where over twelve million black people were removed forcefully by ancestors of the peeled skinned people I will hereby refer to as ‘Oyinbo’, to build other nations and make those countries great. Today, I am related to descendants of those that survived the servitude and now number over five hundred million black people in diaspora who are my relatives. No matter the colour of skin they presently have, they are Africans like me. The world sees me, my base, my relatives and Africa as a very disadvantaged (doomed) continent and people. Same way many across the world in positions of authority in the supposed first worlds are wont to see me and the rest of us. Worse still, people who are black like me but ‘supposedly privileged’ to enjoy the perks of the good life in nations their ancestors built but were never paid for the hard work (yet their descendants live like third-class citizens), join these people to view me, my continent and millions in the diaspora with the same face forgetting that Africa is also their root.
Africa is a very rich continent with humongous wealth in minerals, manpower and nature. Africa, my Africa, holds the enviable position as the first world, where civilization began. Today, the white man exists alongside other peoples of colour. The white man has created his own world through documentation and acquired wealth. Much of the so-called wealth they possess to date bears roots in Africa. The white man (Oyinbo) is who he says he is. The black man is who they call him to be. So why is the black man not who he actually is but who he is made to believe he is? That really is the crux of this matter. Who is the Black man?
