SWS Trainer is the application that allows trainers and speakers to certify their attendance and those of training participants.

This application allows you to sign your pending requests, your current session and authorize the signature to participants via several means: call, link, QR Code, Code, etc.

THE START-UP SCREEN:

When starting the application, a signature screen will appear. It allows you to sign all your pending requests: catch-ups, remote signatures ... Then sign for the current session before accessing the main screen with the list of learners for this session.

USE THE CALL FUNCTION:

For both face-to-face and remote training, you can use the call function: mark absent learners and present learners. Tagging a learner present will allow them to access the signature from the SWS Student application.

USE THE SIGNATURE PORTAL:

For short and one-off training, a signature portal has been set up. When accessing the session, select the "URL" option at the top right. Then share this URL or the QR Code that contains the URL: via screen sharing, chat or in an email. They will then access the signature portal from which they can sign their presence, with no prior download required.

In the context of schools and long-term training, the student app remains the best practice, because it makes it possible to identify learners more reliably vis-à-vis OPCO funders, Regions, Pôle emploi ...

CHECKOUT VIA CODE:

For face-to-face and / or remote training, you can communicate a code to participants (on the board, by e-mail, by phone, via chat, etc.). All you need to do is click on the "Code" option at the top right, the code will then be displayed at the top center of the screen.

Participants can then enter this code in the Student application to access the signature interface and sign in to indicate their presence.

QR CODE DOWNLOAD:

For face-to-face and / or remote training, you can communicate a QR Code to participants (via screen sharing). You just have to click on the option "QR Code" at the top right, the QR code will be displayed on the right of the screen, you just have to share it.

Participants will then be able to flash the QR Code from the Student application in order to access the signature interface and sign in to indicate their presence.
