Step By Step Guide To Install EarphonesTester using BlueStacks

Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
Once installed, click "EarphonesTester" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

EARPHONES TESTER is an application designed to help you to evaluate the quality of headphones and speakers. To do that you can use all this range of sounds generated with the highest quality and purity so that they can be used as reference.

The DISPLAY shows which sound is being playing or if the system is ready to play a new one.

The row of three buttons with a frequency label produces a short beep of the selected frequency with the arrows or 1KHz is pressing the central button. All the sounds have the same amplitude so you can easily compare the response of your earphones or speakers by quickly switching them.

SWEEPS plays a sound with a variable frequency starting at 10Hz and stop at 20KHz while the display shows the frequency being played. This is other way to verify the linearity and also a method to know the lower and upper limits.

PINK NOISE. While playing this sound should be appreciated that all frequencies are perceived with the same intensity. It is useful to set an equalizer.

LEVELS produces a 1KHz sine wave with a variable amplitude range with 6dB steps. With this test you can see the capacity of headphones or speakers to play weak sounds and verify the linearity of the entire range.

MUSIC is a short sample music full of tones and extreme frequencies.

VOICE is a short voice recording to evaluate the natural sound expression.

LR button plays two beeps, first to the Left channel and then to the Right one. The display will indicate which is the active channel. Whit this button you can check if the earphones or speakers are correctly positioned.

STOP ALL stops any sound being played.
