Hello, my name is Roland Pausch and I was trained in many directions, both western and eastern movement theory. I still visit many institutes and Shaolin monasteries to get further training. The important self-training, however, happened through the most precise observations in numerous seminars and many individual training sessions that came with problems from all directions of the musculoskeletal system.

My mission is to enable you to move painlessly! Since my seminars can only be attended to a limited extent, I have now invested my experience, knowledge and a lot of heart and soul in creating this app - so you will be able to attend my courses regardless of time and place.

I won't leave you alone! We have integrated a test that shows you based on your answers which course might be the right one for you - and in this course lasting several weeks I will show you every day which exercises are useful for you today. But without any pressure - you can take a break or even change course at any time.

But you can also explore individual videos and topics, or be inspired by audio files.
