Correct Breathing Movements for Peaceful Pregnancy
Sit on a flat surface and keep your back in an upright position. Breathe out your breath through your mouth. Breathe 5 times while staying still in this position and return to the first position after exhaling.
Back and Lumbar Movements to Relieve Pain

Make sure you sit upright on the ground and, without bending your knees, stretch your feet with toes pointing straight ahead. Afterwards, open your arms parallel to the elbow without breaking it. Just use your torso and turn to the right with 3 breaths. Then return to the center and breathe out. Repeat the same movement for the other direction.
