The application does not have its own local database, because real estate information is updated daily. How to order a report?

Electronic and paper statements contain the same information about the property. The difference is only in the form and the presence of a handwritten signature and seal. The paper certificate is signed and stamped by an employee of Rosreestr. The electronic document comes with an electronic digital signature, which replaces the handwritten version.
