In this post, I am going to show you how to install Sistem eKonsular on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Step By Step Guide To Install Sistem eKonsular using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. The CGC is a document that certifies a person has no misconduct or criminal record during the period of residence in Malaysia.

The waiver allows Malaysians living in the United States to extend residence permits by waiving the two-year physical presence requirement in their home country.

The Registration of Malaysian Abroad aims to systematically collect information on the whereabouts of Malaysians when abroad to assist in case of emergencies/disasters.
