Step By Step Guide To Install الأرق using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. It can be defined as the complaint of difficulty initiating or continuing to sleep, not getting a comfortable sleep during the night, or getting up unusually early, and it affects the activity of the patient during the day. Its causes and treatments differ from person to person, according to his condition and circumstances.

Insomnia can occur independently or as a result of another problem. Conditions that can lead to insomnia include stress, chronic pain, heart failure, hyperthyroidism, heartburn, restless legs syndrome, menopause and some medications, such as caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol. Other risk factors include night work and sleep apnea. Diagnosis is based on sleep habits to look for underlying causes. A sleep study may also be performed to look for underlying sleep disorders. And this procedure is done with two questions: "Do you have difficulty sleeping?" And "Do you have difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep?"

Lifestyle changes are usually the first treatment for insomnia. The new styles include: cleanliness, exposure to sunlight, a quiet and dark room, and getting regular exercise. We can also add cognitive behavioral therapy. While sleeping pills may help solve the problem, it has major problems as it is linked to dementia and addiction. Medications are not recommended for more than four or five weeks. The efficacy and safety of alternative medicine is not yet clear.

Between 10% and 30% of adults experience insomnia at any given point in time, and half of those experience insomnia at certain times of the year. About 6% of people have insomnia without any other problem and it lasts for several months. People over the age of 65 are affected more than younger people. Females are more affected than males. Descriptions of insomnia occur at least as far back as ancient Greece.
