HCM Health application is released by the Department of Health of Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City allows people to declare medical information as an alternative to paper declaration at medical facilities in the city.

In order to deploy safe adaptive solutions in production and business to meet the requirements and tasks of anti-epidemic in the new situation, the application has been upgraded to add the following functions:
- Return Covid-19 test results by QRCode
- Link to information on vaccination results, Covid Green Card
- Scan QRCode at destinations to declare health, mark destination
The system is centrally installed at the city's Data Integration Center, all information and data is secure and only serves the Steering Committee for Epidemic Prevention and Control to implement epidemic prevention and control measures.
The application requests access to the components on the phone for the following purposes:
- Access CAMERA on the device: The software requires permission to use the CAMERA on your phone to read and recognize the QRCode to identify the location, the QRCode on the Health Insurance card to help speed up Enter data while using the software. We absolutely do not collect any pictures taken on your device. You have the full right to refuse to grant CAMERA access, in which case the QRCode Scanning feature will be disabled by default.
- Access to device memory: The software requires permission to access the device's memory with read/write permission (Read/Write) when you use the screen capture feature on the software (request READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE ). We do not read, collect any information stored in your device memory (audio, image, video or other material). You have the full right to deny access to your device's storage, in which case the screen capture feature will be disabled by default.
- The HCM Health application will request the access permission ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE / ACCESS_WIFI_STATE for the purpose of evaluating the performance of the services (API services) we provide to help improve the performance of the application as well as monitor and evaluate the application. evaluate the errors that occur during the application communication with the service server. You can disable this access in your device settings.

You have the right to refuse to grant the above access rights, then the functions of scanning the destination QRCode, taking a screenshot of the QRCode screen will be automatically disabled. Additionally, you can change or revoke the access permissions granted to the app at any time in the "Device Settings" section.

The HCM Health app is free, maintained and operated by the Department of Health and the Department of Information and Communication of Ho Chi Minh City. The application does not provide information for advertising purposes and does not illegally collect any information on your device.
