Raden Oma Irama or who is familiarly called Rhoma Irama is an actor and singer with the flow of dangdut music. He started his musical career with Gayhand in 1963. Not long after, he joined the Malay Orchestra group called Chandraleka and EL Sitara. But in 1973, Rhoma Irama decided to form his own band called Sonnet. Sure enough, with Sonnet, Rhoma Irama succeeded in achieving success. Rhoma Irama, nicknamed the King of Dangdut, released 18 albums throughout his career with Sonnet.

Some of the albums that became hits were titled "Staying Up" (1973), "Blood Muda" (1975), and "Bachelor" (1994).

Many also recognized this music at that time, from teenagers to old people.
