Vigilo on Windows Pc

VIGILO is the first APP that helps to report easily and directly to the Municipal Administration of Rome, through a smartphone or a tablet, a series of violations that daily cause the degradation of the City

VIGILO is used by over 5,800 Romans

Through the pop-up menu which also incorporates easy access to the "Single Reporting System", the following violations can be reported via PEC, e-mail or telephone with a simple "tap on screen":

Single Reporting System ("IoSegnalo")
● Abandoned vehicle
   (before reporting, check through the 2 dedicated VIGILO functions if the vehicle is insured or if it is stolen, the report will still be forwarded and managed by the competent Environmental Protection Office)
● Irregular stop
   (eg double row or no parking)
● Stop on the pedestrian area
● Stop on a pedestrian crossing
● Stop on pavement / serious obstruction
● Stop on reserved space
   (eg parking for scooters-motorcycles)
● Stop on space reserved for the disabled
● Stop on driveway
● Hole
● Chasm
● Damaged signage
   (ex. abusively removed, obscured by sprays, stickers abusive posters)
● Occupation of abusive or non-regular public land
   (ex. vases, posts and bollards for abusive parking, bar / restaurant tables and related special waste containers / bottles / plastic left on the pavement by Bar / Pub / Discos)
● Abusive posting
   (eg political posters, movers' stickers on poles and rolling shutters on sanctionable shutters by identifying the relevant telephone numbers and which can be easily removed with a simple scraper - http://bit.ly/1VulVuD)
● Abusive landfill
   (eg heaps of rubble, the report will still be managed by the competent Environmental Protection Office)
● Abusive construction
● Abusive traffickers
(including the abusive extension of the stand spaces beyond the assigned limit)
● Failure to respect Bar / Pub / Discos time table
● Troublesome noises and noises
(in particular of gatherings outside of Bar / Pub / Discos)
● Abusive camp

   (in particular on the monuments)
● Abusive advertising boards
   (signals the systems installed illegally after verifying with VIGILO of 3 fundamental elements)
● Cycle tracks
   (eg employment, damage, maintenance)
● Urban Waste
   (eg large appliances, garbage dispersion, mattresses, etc.)
● Check RCA
   (Check in real time if a vehicle is insured)
● Stolen Vehicles
   (Check in real time if a vehicle is stolen)
● Traffic Info
    (To check real-time traffic in some parts of the city)

The ZOOM function can be used with two consecutive "taps" in the part of the screen to be enlarged

We recommend:
● attach a photo (max 3MB) of the detected violation (with plate number) to each report. The reports remain confidential.
● in the case of numerous and repeated daily violations, request the intervention of the "Street Control"
● report CdS violations even at night, considering longer reaction times due to the reduced availability of mobile intervention units, compensated however by the longer time available to intervene
