It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

This App is intended for EVP Enhancing, Its an old ITC Method of creating random noise frequencies to Enhance EVP Capture.

Bug fix release, To stop Record audio error on loading App.
To manually fix this error you must enable "Audio record" and "File Storage" Permissions in the device settings/App management, and enable both permissions. For some reason some android versions wont ask for these on initial start up.
