The purpose of this Thesis is to analyze the feasibility of launching on the market
"Digital business, marketing and Internet academy."
In the introduction to this thesis, the existence of a great dysfunction with
regarding academic offerings found on the Internet in regards to
marketing and business. On the one hand, most are oriented to digital marketing courses and
there are practically no training in topics oriented to digital transformation,
agile methodologies and digital businesses; They are not serious or specialized offers, they are
informal careers and many without the endorsement of universities. On the other, the big
international universities that offer online careers in business -the least- have
arduous registration requirements, very high prices, often dictated only in
English and are only suitable for professionals with a bachelor's degree; or, on the contrary,
many universities do not directly have a distance training area.

Based on this opportunity as the main competitive advantage, the proposal of
it was conceived to fill this space; taking as main values the
coherence between the offline marketing plan and the online program, choosing as
growth platform the latter based on the advantages offered by the main
players in the sector in the field.

Taking into account both the soft variables analyzed, it turns out that the Spanish-speaking millennial market is
identifies as an important market for the analyzed launch. Everything said supported by the real quantification of the target market carried out. In addition, all this research supports a detailed and extensive real market information: SWOT analysis, PEST, study of the competition; both direct and indirect; I draw lines that allow
directing the strategic and operational marketing, and finally, the certain possibility of supporting myself in the projections of the numbers of the economic and financial plan, with their respective analysis of the different costs involved in its management, is that the Academy can be launched in the Spanish-speaking market as a personal micro-performance that in the future can become an Academy with international projection and
great alliances with universities, without geographic limits.
