Save time and manage the documentation of your photovoltaic projects quickly and easily with the K2 DocuApp! 🗒️

As an installer, you are a true all-rounder:
You advise your customers, plan projects and deliver solar systems. And because you'd much rather install systems on the roof than do the tedious paperwork at your desk, the app supports you with digital documentation. 👨🔧👩🔧

You can use the app to document all relevant data relating to the PV system (circuit diagrams, module data sheet, mounting plan and much more). 🔧
You and your colleagues can create, manage and archive all documents in one central place while on the road, at the construction site or in the office. This means you have everything in view, because all project documents are structured and clearly laid out.

After the acceptance of the system, your customer signs directly in the app and you send him the documentation digitally and on site as a PDF file. Simple, fast and clever! 📨

👉🏻 Here you can find all the functions in detail:

☑️ Project overview
All PV projects are clearly presented in a uniform document structure (e.g. project data, installation data, customer contact data, etc.). Use the search function to find your customer projects quickly and easily.

☑️ Employee management
Through various authorisations and roles, any number of employees can be added to work together on the documentation of customer projects and share information.

☑️ Documents
You can upload the documents of the different manufacturers - such as the inverter, storage, solar module or mounting system - on your mobile phone or via the browser on your computer and assign them to the project.

☑️ Interface to K2 Base
If you use the assembly systems from K2 Systems, all documents such as the structural analysis report, assembly plan or data sheet are already available to you, because the app synchronises with the K2 Base planning software from K2 Systems.
Of course, you can also use the app if you install a different assembly system manufacturer. Then you simply have to upload the relevant documents.

☑️ Acceptance incl. shipping
Your customer signs directly on the smartphone and you can then complete the documentation digitally and send it straight away.
