How to get started



So, you are a budding real estate investor? Let’s see if you’ve got what it takes...

You start with enough money for you to buy your first property. You will earn rent off the property as you continue to save up, ready to buy the next one. Keep buying more of each property type as your rental income keeps growing. When you buy so many of a property, e.g. 10, your rent from that property will be doubled!



Renovations



Now you are earning a decent income off of your properties, we suggest you take a look at doing them up a bit. Look after your investments and regularly update them to earn extra cash. I promise you it's worth it!



Negotiations



Now that you are building up a decent portfolio, you can look at negotiating yourself a better deal! For a fee, the negotiation will give you a discounted price for future investments in that kind of property!



Skill Points



These are a nod to your status as a real estate magnate. As your empire grows, so does your bank balance. You will notice that you earn skill points as you continue to expand the empire. This is because as you earn more money you will receive points to reflect your investment prowess.



Levels and Diamonds



You will also find that your investment’s returns are directly linked to your level. As you continue to hit your earning milestones, your level will increase. This will reward you with diamonds which you can use to buy upgrades which impact all of your properties.



Ascension and Business School



Once you feel your empire has peaked, you can look at ascending. This means that you trade in your progress for the skill points you’ve earned thus far. This isn’t a waste of time, as you can use your skill points to take classes at the business school. For a fee, they offer classes which will upgrade your next attempt at an empire. These upgrades will stay with you for every future attempt.



Customisation menu



This is where you select the different properties you want to invest in. In order to begin your investment journey, you will need to select 12 of the 30+ options available. Different property categories offer varying rates of return. In order to become the ultimate property tycoon, you will need to choose wisely and find which choices work best for you.

Challenges

There are also a series of challenges for you to complete, for which you will be rewarded with diamonds. Complete all the challenges to show off your real estate know-how.
