How it works:
1. The app is solely for the purpose of calculating the insurance amount payable to the claimer.
2. In the Claim Process, the insurance amount is categorised into two types: Case of death and Case of injury.
3. The app requires the user to fill in various details of the casualty such as age, marital status, income, future prospective and so on.
4. Once the details are filled in, the app generates the resultant value based on which the claimer can get the insurance amount.
5. The income type is also categorised based on Actual income and Notional income. The interest amount varies for each income type.

Steps involved in:
1. Case of Death
The user has to select the Date of Birth and Date of death of the deceased person. This information can be used to determine the age of the claimer.
Following the age, the user should fill in marital status- Single or Married and the interest rate differs accordingly.
The next step is to select the type of income. The actual income type is considered as the default value and it can be changed if required.
Then the user has to choose any deduction, if applicable. It also changes based on marital status.
The last input box requires information related to the claimer’s age. Once the relevant options are checked in, the app starts to calculate the amount and shows the formula and the resultant amount.
The app shows an error message in case the user fails to fill any of the mandated input columns.
In addition to the insurance claim, the user can also add insurance amount for the co-survivors who suffered injuries or if they succumbed to death during the accident.



2. Case of Injury
The user has to select the Date of Birth and Date of the accident. This information can be used to determine the age of the claimer.
Following the age, the user should fill in marital status- Single or Married and the interest rate differs accordingly.
The next step is to select the type of income. The actual income type is considered as the default value and it can be changed if required.
Then the user has to choose any deduction, if applicable. It also changes based on marital status.
In addition to all the details, the user must fill in the percentage of damage or disability resulted due to the accident.
The last input box requires information related to the claimer’s age. Once the relevant options are checked in, the app starts to calculate the amount and shows the formula and the resultant amount.

Finally, the interest calculation takes place based on the percentage of interest and age.
