IDS acelera y automatiza la administración de las actividades dentro de un proceso de distribución. Se administran diferentes actores que tenga la organización.

El IDS (por sus siglas en inglés: Innovate Distribution System) es un framework de aplicaciones, con acceso tanto desde navegadores web como desde dispositivos móviles, que acelera y automatiza la administración de las actividades dentro de un proceso de distribución. Dentro del IDS se administran principalmente (pero no únicamente) a los diferentes actores de la cadena de distribución que tenga la organización tales como: distribuidores, supervisores, vendedores, puntos de venta y puntos de activación, entre otros.

El sistema cuenta con diferentes módulos que operan coordinadamente y que cuentan con las siguientes características:

- Proveer al usuario un ambiente agradable y de fácil acceso para configurar y usar el aplicativo

- Realizar las gestiones relacionadas con: usuarios, estructura organizacional, estructura geográfica, entre otros.

- Un sistema de información geográfica (GIS) que ayuda en la toma decisiones presentando, de forma ordenada, un alto volumen de información relacionada con el negocio en un ambiente grafico - geográfico, este sistema permite a los usuarios identificar y analizar de forma gráfica datos geográficos como ubicaciones de elementos relevantes, zonificaciones, planeación de rutas o seguimiento a rutas realizadas por usuarios del sistema, entre otros.

- Versatilidad para acoplarse e integrar información relevante para la organización tal como indicadores claves del proceso de distribución (KPI), realización y tabulación de encuestas masivas realizadas sobre el terreno, manejo de inventarios (alarmas, reportes y administración) o inclusive la consolidación de reportes que requieran información de otros sistemas tales como pagos, cumplimiento de objetivos de venta y otros deseables.

- El sistema es altamente configurable y se encuentra en constante actualización con la integración de nuevas funcionalidades según las necesidades del cliente y con el fin de generar una administración más fácil de todo su proceso de distribución.
